Developed by Dr. Michael Warech, CEO of Warech Associates, LLC, the YSCindex is an innovative and powerful online survey management tool used by sports clubs across the United States. Leveraging an exclusive rating model, club members are given the opportunity to provide feedback to club leadership in the pursuit of an engaging sports experience.

The YSCindex measures six critical components of club success, and this comprehensive assessment of the overall club brand and performance provides detailed data upon which leaders can build and refine both strategic and operational plans for their clubs.

As part of the partnership, an initial pilot will be conducted with a select number of UPSL member clubs this Fall. Each pilot club will receive a full consultation with Dr. Warech, who will debrief their feedback report and offer up a set of recommendations. Additionally, the pilot data will provide the league with a view from individual club members as to the overall quality and effectiveness of their clubs. Lastly, these data points will provide the opportunity to begin sharing best practices across the league.
