July 19, 2019 - Los Angeles - Neither club finished top of the table in its respective conference, but Utah Murcielagos and Pajaro Valley United FC keep winning when it matters most.

Utah Murcielagos hosts Pajaro Valley United FC in a UPSL Spring Season National Quarterfinal at 12 p.m. MT on Sat., July 20, at Herriman (Utah)'s Zion’s Bank Stadium.

Utah Murcielagos (14-2-2 overall) won the Mountain Conference playoffs following a strong campaign, scoring 59 goals against 21, and now are undefeated across its last seven games. The Salt Lake City (Utah)-based club's UPSL playoff run started with a 5-0 steamrolling of Gordis FC in the conference semifinals, and continued with a 2-0 win over Boise FC Cutthroats, the reigning conference champ, in the final.

Pajaro Valley United FC (10-1-2) had its share of struggles during the regular season but has claimed two trophies so far thanks to calm nerves and sharp shooting. Following victories over San Leandro United FC and Nevada Coyotes FC in the division playoffs, the Watsonville (Calif.)-based club won shootouts to advance past Contra Costa FC, 3-3 (5-3), in the Wild West final, and Cuervos FC, 0-0 (5-4), in the Western Conference final.
